This is a small 3* hotel compared with some of Novosibirsk's cavernous options, with 33 rooms - studios, luxury rooms and apartments available as well as standard singles and doubles - aimed mainly at the business traveller.

The hotel offers conference hall, sitting 120 people.

There is a round-the-clock grill bar and several saunas with billiards. All rooms are air-conditioned, with television and minibars.

Sometimes with good discounts at weekends. Not very central, it takes about 15 minutes to get there from locations like Lenina Square, 20-25 minutes from the main train station.

“Vibrant, youthful and baekcd by attractive spikes of jagged, forested foothills, Krasnoyarsk has a much more appealing setting than most typically flat Siberian cities.My comment: “You've been to the Rockies. Pass. NOVOSIBIRSK (very far from Irkutsk). Lonely Planet says “If you want a night on the town, restaurants with big town glitz, or a choice of countless Irish pubs, Novosibirsk might be your Siberian dream come true.”My comment: “DO IT!!! People watching opportunity!!! OMSK (very, very far from Irkutsk). Lonely Planet says “Vast and sprawling, Omsk’s industrial suburbs look off-putting, but the gently attractive central core has some fine centuries-old architecture and is dotted with parks, museums, restaurants and quirky public sculptures.”My comment: “I think you will have plenty of opportunity for architecture along your travels. But partying in Siberia, when will you ever do that again?? Gut feeling is that you go with the quirky public sculptures. God only knows what that means. Either way, I am certain you will find adventure and some good photo ops! But, I still vote for Irish pub in Siberia. I'm sure you knew that would be my vote, anyways! :)
