Czech tourist dies in rafting tragedy in the Sakha Republic in eastern Siberia
The 52 year man perished after his kayak overturned on a fast-flowing river in the Agayakan area.

Sakha - also known as Yakutia - is Russia's largest republic and is becoming increasingly popular for ultimate adventure vacations.
The dead man was wearing a wet suit and life jacket and the party was well equipped with safety equipment, it was reported citing the local branch of the Emergency Services Ministry. The Czech man was not named. His body was due to be flown Monday by Mi-8 helicopter to the regional capital, Yakutsk.
