Early information suggests the 5am crash on 9 July happened after the 59 year old Hyundai bus driver crossed the centre of the M-54 Yenisei highway in poor visibility.

The driver of minibus was among the dead after the horror.
The minibus passengers were on their way to the World of Siberia cultural festival from Lesosibirsk to Shushenskoye.
All the inured were taken to to Balakhta District Hospital, and three were then flown to the Regional hospital in Krasnoyarsk by helicopter.
An official day of mourning was called for 10 July.
The accident was some 30 kilometres from the settlement of Balakhta, around 170 km from Krasnoyarsk.
Archeologists discovered a new stone bracelet, two sharp pins, a marble ring and fox tooth pendants.
