The glamorous 27 year old driver rammed her Mercedes-Benz into Toyota Highlander killing a police lieutenant colonel and his friend. The speedometer on her vehicle stuck at around 160 kph as it hit the other vehicle which waited at a red light.
The speed limit was 60 kph but video footage showed the Mercedes made no attempt to stop at the traffic signal.
The case has attracted huge local attention because she is the daughter of Zhanna Eseva, a prominent local deputy who is also chief physician of a local hospital, while her father Sergey Esev, is former chief physician of an FSB security service clinic.

Kiseleva, owner of a local beauty parlour, suffered broken ribs and limbs in the crash when police said she was 'drunk' at the wheel.
The policeman Albert Sokolov, 38, a father of one, died on the spot. His passenger Denis Matveyev died soon afterwards in hospital.
In a previous case, the daughter of a prominent official was acquitted in a car crash, leading to strong local media focus on the latest case, and an online petition was started to demand a fair investigation.
Eseva resigined two days after the crash saying: 'I am a mother, and I will help my daughter in this situation, but I do not accept the speculation that my deputy status may prevent an objective and fair investigation. As a doctor, I continue my work for Irkutsk and its residents.'

Shocking video footage of the crash shows the Mercedes ramming the Toyota at high speed.
Eyewitness Andrey Urvantsev said: 'I was in a neighbour's yard, talking with friends. We heard a loud bang, and immediately ran to the intersection. Sokolov's widow Elena Sokolova - who is left with the couple's four year old daughter - said: 'Albert's life was taken away. I don't know how to go on living.

'I receive calls every day, friends and relatives support us. However, neither the culprit of the accident nor her family have contacted us, and did not even bring their condolences.'
The other victim Denis Matveyev had an eight year old son.

Because the majority of that kind of wealthy (compared to the Russian average standard) people they do not care about other people unless they are very wealthy (or oriented to do something bad to a member of the Kiseleva "clan") too.
