Police hunt Siberian road rage driver who pointed gun at motorist before shooting into the air

A 31 year old driver from Seversk in Tomsk region was filmed brandishing a gun from a black Range Rover after another motorist sounded his horn. 

The Siberian had cut across a Chevrolet, almost causing a collision, from the slow to fast lane on an approach to Kantemirovsky Bridge in St Petersburg. 

The Range Rover driver was filmed threatening the other motorist through his open window. He pointed the gun at the Chevrolet driver before shooting - into the air, it is claimed. 

The Siberian is now being sought by police, and has been urged to hand himself in. His first name was given as Dmitry, aged 31. He is believed to run a trading company in St Petersburg. 

He was driving a vehicle registered to a 28 year woman from St Petersburg.
