Woman 'beheaded as she has sex on Trans-Siberian railway track'

The horrific case was used to highlight safety concerns with too many risks near busy railway tracks. 

'The woman was on top of her partner and when she heard an approaching train, she started to stand up,' said a source. 'Right then, the speeding train torn her head off.'

The source added: 'Had she remained in her previous position, she would have stayed alive. The man survived.'

The moment of passion was near Zaudinsky railway station in suburbs of Ulan-Ude, capital of the Republic of Buryatia, a Buddhist region in Siberia. 

The unnamed man and woman were both homeless, reported Baikal Daily, which also highlighted other cases of people who lost limbs by trying to cross busy tracks as trains approached. 

Both were drunk at the time. There was no indication of when the accident happened, nor the ages of the couple 

'Dear citizens, Russian Railways yet again ask you to respect health and safety rules,' said the company which operates trains across Russia. 'Be responsible and take care of yourself and your family and friends.'
