Five children were orphaned with the unnamed mother’s death.
She died while still unconscious from major internal organ damage, Republic of Sakha Health Ministry confirmed earlier today.
Doctors battled for her life for ten days after she was flown from her native village of Tomtor following a case of antiseptic poisoning.

Identities of the victims were not reported.
Four people died on the spot, and three within hours of drinking the antiseptic.
A 32-year-old man and a 48-year-old woman were flown by a medical evacuation plane to a hospital in regional capital Yakutsk, where she died ten days later.
Her husband died in the same tragedy earlier, the couple’s five children were left orphans.
The ages of their children have not been released.
The sole survivor of the poisoning, a 32 year old man from the same village has been taken off a lung ventilator several days ago and moved to a recovery ward.
In a separate case, another man died from drinking the same antiseptic in the Aldansky ulus of Yakutia.
Tests showed that the antiseptic had extremely high content of methanol of up to 69 percent.The maximum allowed is 3.5 per cent.

Businessman Alexander Kalinin, 44, whose company in Sverdlovsk region produced and supplied the antiseptic has been detained and appeared in court in Yekaterinburg.
He faces a possible six year jail sentence for negligence that caused serious harm to health, and mass deaths.
