Labelled 'sick' by netizens, the man called Roman R shows no concern for his child's safety.

He named his high speed car stunt 'No seat', as he clings to the young child out of the window, while driving one handed.

He is seen apparently holding a baby by one leg over the edge of a high-rise roof.
