Gadzhiev's step-father was yesterday detained by police .
The 19 year old was identified by the Telegram Mash community linked to Life.ru, seen as having close contacts in law enforcement.
Gadzhiyev father hails from Dagestan and is a follower of radical religious movements, it was reported.
Earlier the same sources had named the suspect as 23 year-old Bobichel Abdurakhmanov, a local man.
