Siberia's strongest sportswoman dragged the trams some 5 metres along the rails in the deep cold in her home city. 'Honestly, I don't realise yet what I feel. I'm too excited,' she told journalists.

And now she is on the right track to fulfil her ambition: pulling an aircraft. 

'I should not have doubted myself. It was a bit difficult because of the frost. We were promised minus 11C, but in fact it was minus 20C.'

But for the cold she would have attempted to move three trams, and says that in unofficial attempts - in summer - she had pulled 64 tons, almost double her load this week. 'In the summer I was pulling 64 tons.'

She said: 'I've been preparing for this record for the last six months. Mainly in the gym under the special programme, also jogging, and, of course, moving the wagons in the tram depot.

'My dream is to move a passenger airliner.' Among those supporting her were students who she trains in powerlifting. 

Earlier, Oksana managed to move a 16 ton truck and also an Mi-8  helicopter weighing 8.5 tons.

In 2012, she became the fourth strongest woman in Russia.
