Open again, tourism favourite Koh Samui

Russian interest is increasing with advance bookings, said Ratchaporn Poolsawadee from the Tourism Association of Koh Samui.

Yet Russian operators say little will improve until direct flights resume at the end of this month.

‘It is all about ease of flying and lack of quarantine hassle but of course we want to get back to Koh Samui,’ said a travel agent in Omsk.
